We are proud to offer dental services for special needs patients. It is important to us that each and every patient feels comfortable coming to the dentist.
The most common anesthetic we use is a local anesthetic. This blocks pain in a specific area of the mouth. We often apply a topical anesthetic to numb the area before we give the injection.

Dr. Verma is amazing. He is so kind and patient. Amazing bedside manner and very comforting to both children and parents in a dental emergency. The staff overall is warm and friendly. The waiting room has a Pac-Man and Space Invaders! Which my daughter that was awesome. Best pediatric dentist around.
My son is so very nervous at the dentist, in fact this is the third dentist I have been to. His previous dentist had suggested anesthesia at the hospital to get his teeth cleaned but that made me so nervous! I gave it one last shot and tried star pediatric dentistry based on lots of positive reviews on Facebook and I was in complete and total shock that today I actually got a full cleaning out of him and even x-rays. Such a serious relief taken off of me that I no longer have to bring him to the hospital to go under anesthesia for a simple cleaning. God bless star pediatric dentistry !!!
