We are proud to offer dental services for special needs patients. It is important to us that each and every patient feels comfortable coming to the dentist.
The most common anesthetic we use is a local anesthetic. This blocks pain in a specific area of the mouth. We often apply a topical anesthetic to numb the area before we give the injection.

My children had an amazing experience at start pediatrics dentist!! It all started when I called to make an appointment for my 3 year old after leaving another dentist office and had a horrible experience. Mindy listen to me vent and was able to get me in THE NEXT DAY! Mindy was amazing and super helpful! My children and I were assisted my Judy. Judy was super friendly and understanding that my child had a horrible experience the day before at a different office. She aloud him to pick his own tv show, the flavor of his tooth paste and cleaned his teeth! Dr. Donohue came in and was super patient with my 3 year old and explained to him she was just counting his teeth. She was very interactive with him!!! Jessica came in and was super patient with him while taking his X-rays! After all of that my 5 year old was upset he wasn’t able to get his teeth cleaned and counted. As I was explaining to him that his brother had the appointment because he was having some pain in his teeth Jessica ran up front to get me the paper work for my other child! This office is amazing. The customer service, the team work that the staff had, the amount of patients they had with both my children was absolutely amazing! I will never take my children anywhere else!!! Thank you guys so much for everything!!!

I love them. My kids has been apart of Star Pediatrics Dentistry for over 5years. We drive 45 minutes just to get there.
My girls, (ages 5 and 21 months) absolutely love going to the dentist! They love the bright colors that the office is decorated in, the fun “gifts” that they give away and the awesome personalities of the staff. Dr. Verma and his dental techs are amazing with young kids. They show the kids the dental tools and let them see they are not scary, they take their time with the cleanings and visits and all with smiles on their friendly faces. They truly love what they do and it shows each and every visit. I would recommend star pediatric dentistry 100% of the time!
