Tineer – Front Office Manager
Tineer attended Stuart School of Business where she graduated in 1999, receiving a degree in Medical Administration and Assisting. After graduating, she worked as a medical assistant for a pediatric neurologist for 5 years. She then entered the dental field in 2003, where she worked as an office manager for 13 years at a general dental office. In 2016, she joined the Star Pediatric Dentistry and attained the position as Front Office Manager. She loves spending her spare time with her children and traveling.
Madeline – Dental Receptionist
Madeline has been in the dental field since 2016 starting in General Dentistry and now currently in at Star Pediatric Dentistry. Madeline is currently a receptionist at Star Pediatric Dentistry, and also handles our sedation scheduling. Madeline is currently in Nursing School and plans to work as a Pediatric Psychiatry Nurse. In Madeline’s free time she loves being around her family, friends and her animals.
Shannon – Clinical Office Manager
Shannon has been a part of the Star Pediatric Dentistry team since 2015. Shannon has over ten years of experience as a dental assistant, and has recently been making her way to support the front desk staff during busy hours. She helps manage the office inventory and our social media outlets. Shannon has a great way of explaining dental procedures to children, which helps them to feel calm and comfortable. Shannon shares her love of soccer with her two children, Briel and Carmine.
Jamie – Dental Assistant
Jamie has been in the dental field for over fifteen years as a dental assistant, and enjoys every aspect of her job. She is often found taking x-rays, assisting Dr. Verma chairside, and giving education instructions to our patients. Jamie provides exceptional care to each patient, making the visit a great experience for both the child and parents in the office. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, Nicolette, and is a proud Cheer-Mom.
Lacy – Dental Assistant
Lacy was born and raised in New Jersey. She graduated from Dental Assisting Services Program with her X-ray license. Lacy’s favorite part of Pediatric Dentistry is seeing positive, life-changing results. She loves working with children and teaching them how to take care of their teeth, while having fun. She thinks it is very rewarding watching a child leave with a smile and a healthy mouth.
Jessica – Hygiene Coordinator/Registered Dental Hygienist
Jessica has been with our team since 2014. After spending time as a dental assistant, she went on to obtain her Dental Hygiene License from Rowan College at Burlington County in 2016. Her patience and fun personality allows children to feel comfortable during their dental cleanings. She understands the lasting impact a great dental team can have on children and their lifetime opinion of dentistry. Jessica and her husband Kevin have a beautiful daughter named Karlie and two dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family.
Ashley – Registered Dental Hygienist
Ashley was born and raised in Monmouth County, NJ. She graduated from Rutgers University Allied Dental Programs at SHRP and received her RDH in 2016. She is passionate about helping both parents and children overcome their fears associated with the dental office. Ashley has been with the Star Pediatric Dentistry team since October 2016. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and two fur babies, Gizmo and Bina.
Caroline – Registered Dental Hygienist
Caroline has been a part of the SPD Family since 2015. She received her dental hygiene degree from New York University in 2014. Caroline greets children and their parents with a warm smile and calmness that makes every dental visit pleasant and fun. Away from work, Caroline enjoys being a wife and mommy to her two energetic children.
Chelsea – Registered Dental Hygienist
Chelsea obtained her dental hygiene degree in 2018 and has been working in Pediatric Dentistry from the start. She is great at calming anxious children with her gentle nature. Her hobbies include traveling, staying active, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
